Rights and obligations of the shares: Each share gives a right in the benefits and the assets of the company, at a proportional part to the quantity of the capital which it represents. It gives the right to General Assemblies and to the vote of the resolutions to take part, under the conditions fixed by the law and article 40 of the present status.
Any shareholder has the right to be informed on the way buisiness goes in the company, and to obtain communication of certain social documents at the times and under the conditions envisaged by the law.
Owning a share comprises automatically adhesion with the statuts and with the decisions of the General meeting.
The shareholders are responsible for the social liability within the limit of the par value of the shares they have.
The rights and obligations attached to the share follow the title in any hand in which it passes and the transfer includes all the fallen and to fall or unpaid dividends , thus possibly, the share is in the reserve funds.
Heirs, or creditors of a shareholder can not require the affixing of the seals on the goods of the company, ask for the division or the sale by auction, nor can they involve themselves in the administration. They must, for the exercise of their rights, refer to the social inventories and the decisions of the General Assembly.

Article 2. – Object In accordance with the provisions of the Law N90-17 of the 26th/02/1990 recasting the legislation relating to the estate promotion, as modified by the law N91-76 of the 02nd/08/1991 and the law N2000-94 of the 11/11/2000, the object of the Company will be as follows :

The allotment and the installation of the lands intended mainly for living.
The construction and the restoration of individual buildings, semi-collective or collective of use of dwelling, commercial, administrative, cultural or of leisures, intended for the sale or the hiring.
Adjustment of the industrial and tourist zones and the construction of buildings of industrial use, or of services intended for hiring or sale in accordance with the provisions of the Law N16-94 of the 31/01/1994 and the Law N21-1973 of the 14th/04/1973.
The direct or indirect participation in all forms including fusion by way of contribution, subscription in any company, grouping, or trade union and more generally the exercise of all activities in any nature: economic, legal, financial, civil or commercial as well as all movable or estate operations able to be attached directly or indirectly to the social object or all related or complementary similar objects in Tunisia or abroad.
